Mindful Reflexology is a form of Reflexology which works to help with stress, anxiety relief, supporting clients with depression, insomnia, stress symptoms etc (including burn out).
The first intake consultation lasts around 90 minutes which includes a medical history, lifestyle/wellness review followed with a Reflexology treatment using advanced techniques designed to ease stress, improve breathing, encourage breathworks and promote deep relaxation, therefore supporting your nervous system to reset.
Thereafter, Full Reflexology sessions can be booked whereby we will review any changes to your health and wellbeing.

How does Mindful Reflexology work?

Follow up sessions last for approx 1 hour including Reflexology treatment, which gives us time to discuss any changes to your health and wellbeing. A course of 4-6 sessions is recommended.
